We had some great times in 7 Percy Road, and I’m sorry to be leaving it behind!

Have enjoyed 2 years in the same house with Kev as my landlord. The house was stunning and Kev constantly improved the house worth new flooring, tumble dryers etc. Best part though is definitely Kev himself, you can always message him if something goes wrong and he’ll be there very quickly to help resolve the issue. My experience with Red Frog Lets has been incredible, and it was by far the best renting experience I've had over the three years I've been in Lancaster. Everything in the house far exceeded my expectations of a student property; beautiful recently-done bathrooms, modern kitchen with huge fridges, and even LED colour lights in the living room! Kevin and Paul went above and beyond to help us out with any issues we had and were always extremely quick to respond. My 4th year at Lancaster was so much better for having a nice house to come back to at the end of the day, and I'll be sad to leave! I really couldn't recommend renting through Red Frog Lets enough!

The property I have stayed in is the best student property I have ever lived in. Everything is well equipped and furnished, clean and tidy, and if ever something needed fixing, Kev or Paul would be there in what felt like no time! The house felt very safe and secure and was an incredible foundation to support the final year of my degree. I can't imagine better landlords than Kev and Paul, they are kind, helpful, supportive, and genuinely care about their properties and tenants.

I really enjoyed my year at 15 Percy Road, both the house and location were perfect. The house was furnished really nicely, with a great kitchen, a perfectly-sized living room for a house of 4 with even Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, nice bathrooms, and really great bedrooms. My bedroom was a really nice size, even though it was the smallest of the 4, with enough space for a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk whilst still feeling spacious with shelves giving plenty of storage space. The street had a really nice feel to it and I always felt safe, and is in a great location, only being a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Kevin was a really great landlord, always helping out really quickly whenever we had any issues with the house, as rare as they were. He responded to any queries really quickly and we had great communication with him. Overall, a really great house with a really great landlord. A really great year at Percy Road, the house was perfect and Kevin was always so helpful whenever we had any issues.

I lived at 25 Percy road for 2 years during uni, and the house had everything that we needed! It has 2 new bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen and living area downstairs which was great for socialising and having people round! Kevin was a great landlord and would be straight round / quick to respond to any concerns or problems, always getting them sorted. It’s in a good location 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town, but also is a very quiet street.

Such a great experience in my second year property that I stayed in the same place for the third. The house was perfect; in great condition and any repairs done quickly. However the biggest benefit of the place was the management.
