Have enjoyed 2 years in the same house with Kev as my landlord. The house was stunning and Kev constantly improved the house worth new flooring, tumble dryers etc. Best part though is definitely Kev himself, you can always message him if something goes wrong and he’ll be there very quickly to help resolve the issue. Is nice to have a landlord who cares so much about his tenants. By far the best landlord in Lancaster and I’m glad many of my friends also have him as their landlord.

Kev has been a wonderful landlord this past year. The house was amazing, with everything that we needed and more. Whenever we had issues, Kev and Paul were quick to respond and always very helpful. My experience with Red Frog Lets has been incredible, and it was by far the best renting experience I've had over the three years I've been in Lancaster. Everything in the house far exceeded my expectations of a student property; beautiful recently-done bathrooms, modern kitchen with huge fridges, and even LED colour lights in the living room! Kevin and Paul went above and beyond to help us out with any issues we had and were always extremely quick to respond. My 4th year at Lancaster was so much better for having a nice house to come back to at the end of the day, and I'll be sad to leave! I really couldn't recommend renting through Red Frog Lets enough!

I rented with Kevin in my 3rd year of university. I would highly recommend him as a landlord. The house is gorgeous and really reasonably priced. Any issues we’ve had have been dealt with promptly - unlike what I experienced with a larger company in Lancaster who took weeks to months to fix issues.

Kev has been such an amazing landlord this year and I only wish I found him earlier! He’s provided the most amazing property this year, with all modern appliances and finishes. It has received so many compliments from my friends when they come to visit. He is also extremely on hand, whenever there is an issue in the house Kev will be here in half an hour and either fix it on the spot or call someone to fix it the next day. I would highly highly recommend Kev as a landlord! Also Kev just wanted to say a thank you on behalf of me for allowing me to come into the house early last year and extending my contract this year, been extremely helpful and am very grateful! The property I have stayed in is the best student property I have ever lived in. Everything is well equipped and furnished, clean and tidy, and if ever something needed fixing, Kev or Paul would be there in what felt like no time! The house felt very safe and secure and was an incredible foundation to support the final year of my degree. I can't imagine better landlords than Kev and Paul, they are kind, helpful, supportive, and genuinely care about their properties and tenants.

Thank you for everything this year. The house was incredible and we all loved living there...wish we could have stayed longer.

I just wanted to pass my thanks on to you it was truly a pleasure to stay in Carr House Lane for the year and everything went so smoothly and it was a lovely house. Thank you for being so efficient and responding so quickly to the concerns we raised throughout the year! It was very sad to say goodbye.

Just letting you know that we have now all left 8 carr house lane. We’ve all tried our very best to deep clean the house so hopefully the cleaners won’t have much to do! Kevin has been one of the most reliable and trustworthy landlords I’ve had. Whether it’s a timely repair of something or making us feel comfortable and safe, Kevin has been so accommodating. It’s safe to say I felt looked after by him over the two years I stayed at one of his accommodations. I’d highly recommend staying at one of Red Frog Lets’ houses if you want reliable, modern accommodation at a decent price!

I really enjoyed my year at 15 Percy Road, both the house and location were perfect. The house was furnished really nicely, with a great kitchen, a perfectly-sized living room for a house of 4 with even Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, nice bathrooms, and really great bedrooms. My bedroom was a really nice size, even though it was the smallest of the 4, with enough space for a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk whilst still feeling spacious with shelves giving plenty of storage space. The street had a really nice feel to it and I always felt safe, and is in a great location, only being a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Kevin was a really great landlord, always helping out really quickly whenever we had any issues with the house, as rare as they were. He responded to any queries really quickly and we had great communication with him. Overall, a really great house with a really great landlord. A really great year at Percy Road, the house was perfect and Kevin was always so helpful whenever we had any issues.

Kevin has been an amazing landlord! Out of my 3 years as a student in Lancaster, it was great to finally find a fair, kind and helpful landlord. If we ever had an issue Kevin sorted it basically the same day. Our house was lovely, modern, and homely with everything you could ever need.

Kevin is a great landlord who is always available and ready to help when needed. He is very accommodating, very friendly and approachable. Would definitely rent from him again if I wasn't in my last year!

I lived at 25 Percy road for 2 years during uni, and the house had everything that we needed! It has 2 new bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen and living area downstairs which was great for socialising and having people round! Kevin was a great landlord and would be straight round / quick to respond to any concerns or problems, always getting them sorted. It’s in a good location 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town, but also is a very quiet street.

I rate Kevin as a landlord very highly. I moved into one of his properties straight from the comfort of campus after my first year and I was not disappointed. All repairs were completed swiftly and without any issues whatsoever. Naturally after such a successful year, Kevin was my first point of call for finding my next house. He is a very fair and friendly landlord and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Lived in this house (25 Percy Road) during my 4th year of university. Very nice house at a very affordable price. Very spacious living area and very good-sized bedrooms. Landlord was very friendly and always very responsive to solve any issues with no hassle, and always happy to help. Would recommend this property or another owned by Kevin to future tenants!
